ONE FINE MESS. Welcome to Trenton, New Jersey, home to wiseguys, average Joes, and Stephanie Plum, who sports a big attitude and even bigger money problems (since losing her job as a lingerie buyer for a department store). Stephanie needs cash-fast-but times are tough, and soon she's forced to turn to the last resort of the truly desperate: family. ONE FALSE MOVE. I didn't much care for this crime novel. It's about Stephanie Plum, a down on her luck woman who decides to become a bounty hunter working for her cousin Vinnie. There's a bounty of 10 grand if she can bring in Morelli, a cop on the run, incidentally the guy she lost her virginity too. It's a small world in Trenton, New Jersey.

The story and characters didn't grab me at all, and I seriously did not care for the constant threats of sexual violence. Giving this series a pass for now.
